Showroom Manager Opportunity in New Showroom Location!
Kravet is seeking a highly motivated, creative, sales oriented professional to lead the daily operations of our new West Palm Beach Workspace Showroom. Kravet Workspace Showrooms are a smaller footprint that takes advantage of the newest technologies and self service sampling for ease of shopping.

This is a full time position reporting to the Regional Vice President, requiring strong sales, customer service, communication, organization, technology, social media, design and leadership skills. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, a passion for design and serving the interior design community is a must. Duties encompass sales across all product categories, customer account and business development, customer outreach, merchandising and working collaboratively with local outside sales representatives. 

This showroom will start with the Showroom Manager and as business develops, we will look to grow the team as needed. This a great opportunity for a self starting, entrepreneurial individual to create and develop the West Palm Beach market.

Job responsibilities:

  • Strategic partnering with outside sales teams to maximize sales potential.

  • Support the monthly rollout of new merchandise and maintain back office operational standards.

  • Create a work culture that rewards teamwork and positive results.

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

  • Ability to learn quickly, work flexibly and collaboratively while also displaying independent thinking and good decision making. Aligns people with organizational strategy, and influences the success of the showroom.

  • Ability to identify opportunities with high potential designers and new accounts and convert to business.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a record of proven results. Managerial or assistant managerial experience preferred.

  • Experience in the interior design industry (Interior design, Designer Assistant, Showroom Sales, Assistant Manager or Manager experience)

  • College degree, preferably in Interior design, business, marketing or related fields a plus.

  • Established client relationships/following with the local interior design Community preferred.

  • Strong and inherent leadership qualities with the ability to develop sales opportunities and build client relationships, maintain and organize showroom sampling and materials, and collaborate with a high-performing, results driven team in the region.

  • The position requires excellent organizational, communication and computer skills. You will need to be passionate about growing a successful business and have the desire to be a part of a dynamic team.

  • Good color and design sensibility.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, video conferencing, social media platforms

  • Professional, outgoing, organized, energetic, self-motivated and positive personality.

  • Pay range: This role is estimated to pay between $69,500 - $80,000 annually. This is comprised of an annual base salary of $62,000 to $72,500, plus a monthly incentive bonus which is based on showroom sales.
