Job description

Are you a design-savvy sales professional with an eye for luxury and a heart for service? We are expanding our team and seeking a talented, high-energy Sales Associate to join our Birmingham Workspace.

he Kravet Workspace is not your traditional showroom. It is a streamlined, high-tech hub designed for the modern designer, featuring a smaller footprint, self-service sampling, and integrated technology. In this role, you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 


Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across all categories (textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, and carpet).

  • Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional, compelling, and inspirational manner that aligns with each brand’s unique aesthetic.

  • Lead Management: Diligently follow up on open quotes and leads to maximize conversion and achieve showroom sales goals.

  • Business Development: Conduct regular outreach to reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive workspace growth.

  • Digital Excellence: Utilize our CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions, manage order statuses, and provide seamless customer service.

  • Showroom Curation: Assist in maintaining the Workspace environment, including merchandising, memo organization, and ensuring a pristine aesthetic.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Working experience or formal education in Interior Design is highly preferred.

  • Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, specifically in custom home design products (furniture, carpet, etc.).

  • Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build long-term client trust and provide "white-glove" customer service.

  • Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to manage a high-volume workflow.

  • Organizational Mastery: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical Ability: Able to perform the manual elements of the job, including handling fabric memos and showroom merchandising.
