The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic sales professional with an eye for luxury and a passion for on-the-go relationship building? We are seeking a talented, high-energy Road Sales Representative to drive our presence throughout the Charlotte Metro territory. In this fast-paced role, you will be the face of our world-class portfolio of brands, bringing our exceptional products directly into the studios and projects of top residential designers.
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Account Management: Proactively call, visit, and connect with current customers throughout the Charlotte Metro territory to strengthen long-term relationships and drive increased sales activity.
Inspirational Presentation: Schedule and deliver compelling product presentations within clients' offices to elevate brand presence and ensure our luxury collections are beautifully and properly represented.
Consultative Project Selling: Identify designer needs and sell comprehensive, multi-brand solutions across all product categories, including furniture, carpet, wallcoverings, lighting, fabric, and trim.
Design Collaboration: Assist clients with curating cohesive design schemes, providing "white-glove" service and consistent follow-through from concept to completion.
Strategic Planning & Partnership: Develop targeted monthly sales plans and collaborate seamlessly with our showroom teams to maximize territory growth and road account opportunities.
Digital Excellence & Administration: Utilize our CRM technology to meticulously log interactions, monitor sales activity, and maintain customer records, while managing administrative duties such as order follow-ups, scheduling, and targeted outreach.
Merchandising Support: Diligently maintain and refresh customers’ physical book libraries and memo sample bins to ensure they always have the latest inspirational tools at their fingertips.

Job requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Industry Expertise: Previous outside sales or high-end showroom experience within the interior design industry is required.
Entrepreneurial Mentality: A strong sense of building a business with a proactive, self-starter approach and exceptional follow-through on all leads and projects.
Product Mastery: Working knowledge of custom home design products with a specific emphasis on furniture and floor coverings is a strong advantage.
Passionate Professional: Displays a sincere, deep-rooted interest in luxury interiors and a driven desire to build a successful, long-term career in the design industry.
Tech-Fluent: Comfort utilizing CRM systems and digital platforms to manage a high-volume territory and track customer relationships is a plus.
Organizational Mastery: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage an independent schedule in a fast-paced, on-the-road environment.

Pay Structure: 100% Commission-based, offering uncapped earning potential based on territory performance.
