Position Summary:
Kravet, Inc. is seeking an experienced outside sales representative to service high-end accounts in the Houston metropolitan area, specifically focusing on our Luxury Textile and Wallcovering brands.
The position requires adapting to individual account needs, creating an experience unique to each account’s specific requirements, introducing new products, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with interior designers on residential design projects.
In this role, you will work closely with our Houston showroom team to foster and build relationships and develop new business. This position will report directly to the Regional Vice President and office from the Houston showroom at the Decorative Center of Houston.
Job requirements
Preferred 2 to 4-year college degree - in interior design, business, marketing, or at least five years of experience working in the home decor industry.
Must have 3 to 5 years of luxury sales experience with the Houston interior design community and established account relationships.
Self-motivated salesperson capable of working independently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable within a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media platforms.
Professional, outgoing, and positive personality.
Ability to develop long-standing productive relationships with our current customers and establish relationships with new customers.
Compliance with the company's reporting tools (CRM) and guidelines.
Compensation will be a combination of salary plus bonus opportunities based on the growth of the account base.
