Position summary:

Full time entry level position to run sample department in fast paced interior design showroom!

Key responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers at memo desk.
  • Assisting in pulling memo samples for showroom visit.
  • Folding customer memo returns and filing back in shelves.
  • Restocking replenishment samples from Warehouse.
  • Pulling discontinued memos from shelves, when needed.
  • Folding and boxing new product memos.
  • Organizing outgoing shipments of memos to customers.
  • Lifting up to 30 pound boxes when needed.

Job requirements

  • Positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to take on any task to support showroom goals.
  • Education and/or internship experience in the Interior Design field a plus
  • Ability to project a professional demeanor and polished appearance at all times.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Possess strong time management skills, with ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality to interact with designers both in person and over the phone.
  • A goal-oriented, team player.
  • Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $19.00 (37.5 hour workweek)
