Position summary:

Graphic Designer – scope of work involves traditional print and digital initiatives. Daily responsibilities include production design support for sampling, brochures, sales presentations, showroom collateral, emails (UX|UI AB testing) and social content, digital advertising and website graphics.


Responsibilities:

  • Print production (sample books, tearsheets, brochures).

  • Digital designs (emails, digital advertising, social content, web).

  • Special design tasks (sales manuals, event invitations).

  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize collateral.

  • Understand project requirements and concepts.

  • Incorporate feedback from other designers to improve projects.

  • Must be able to execute quality control on own work and accept constructive feedback.

  • Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms and familiar with working within established brand guidelines.

  • Understand target audience, strategic positioning and marketing initiatives to conceptualize and create visual experiences.

  • Collaborates with the UX and Marketing Teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting compliance and website standards.

  • Must have a strong understanding of digital design, typography, copy editing and use of photography.

  • Solid background in digital, branding and production, with a good understanding of preparing files to meet specs for multiple digital platforms.

  • Ability to work with a virtual/hybrid team.

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working in graphic and motion design including video editing.

  • Must have expert level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 2D and 3D technologies.

  • Proficient in Google Suite.

  • Have a strong eye for graphic design and typography – both digital and print realms.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Basic copywriting skills are a plus.

  • Forward-thinking and highly self-motivated.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000
