Position summary:
Looking for a passionate creative designer to create visually stunning and impactful digital campaigns that will run across all digital marketing channels. You’ll be a champion of bold thinking - bringing creative flair and a clear rationale to every project you work on. You’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft - able to comfortably brief and lead projects, proactively offer creative input and knowledge, present ideas and strategic campaign concepts to the marketing team and guide the graphics team with expertise.
Your portfolio should be filled to the brim with holistic case studies. Our ideal candidate will be inspired by home decor, know the luxury sphere and be able to visually convey brand identity across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of digital graphic designers and freelancers in the creation and execution of digital graphic design campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative and campaign concepts.
Design and develop digital content for Kravet’s internal and external channels, including website, social media channels, email marketing, paid digital.
Evolve and execute the visual identity as needed for Kravet Inc. brands across all digital channels.
Collaborate closely with Director of Graphics on related print advertising, collateral and sales materials.
Ensure that all digital marketing materials are consistent with the Kravet brand identity.
Work closely with the Director of Performance Marketing to evaluate the effectiveness of digital graphic design campaigns to ensure the creative is resonating with the interior design customer. Be able optimize performance based on results.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital design trends and technologies.
Job requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in digital graphic design, ideally within the luxury and/or home sphere; at least 2 of them in a leadership position.
- Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to brainstorm and actualize unique ideas that resonate with sophisticated audiences.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, the Google Suite, video editing and animation.
- Experience with layout design, typography and illustration. Strong understanding of digital design principles and techniques.
- Passion for creating visually stunning and engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The talent to inspire and direct fellow designers to produce extraordinary and exceptional work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses the adaptability, and resilience to excel in fast-paced, time-sensitive settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000
