We are seeking a talented, high-energy Contract Sales Representative to drive our presence across North and South Carolina. In this fast-paced role, you will focus on the Hospitality and Contract side of our business, acting as the face of our world-class portfolio of brands. From entertaining clients to delivering compelling product presentations directly to top design studios, you will cultivate deep industry relationships and bring our exceptional product collections to life in major contract projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Relationship & Account Management: Proactively call, visit, and connect with customers across the North and South Carolina territories to maintain, grow, and strengthen long-term relationships within the contract and hospitality industry.

  2. Lead Generation & Client Entertaining: Forge new industry relationships and generate leads by entertaining clients outside of the office to build deeper, meaningful partnerships.

  3. Inspirational Presentation: Schedule and deliver engaging product presentations to optimize brand presence, elevate awareness, and ensure all appropriate brands and categories are represented in customer projects.

  4. Consultative Project Selling: Master project selling by identifying client needs and offering comprehensive, multi-brand solutions across all product categories—including furniture, carpet, wallcoverings, lighting, fabric, and trim.

  5. Design Collaboration: Assist clients with curating cohesive design schemes across all product categories, providing consistent follow-through from initial concept to final execution.

  6. Strategic Planning & Showroom Partnership: Develop targeted monthly sales plans and collaborate seamlessly with our showroom teams to maximize opportunities across key contract accounts.

  7. Digital Excellence & Administration: Utilize CRM technology to maintain accurate customer contact records and track increased sales activity, while managing administrative duties such as order follow-ups, scheduling, and outreach initiatives.

  8. Merchandising Support: Diligently maintain and refresh customers’ physical book libraries and memo sample bins to ensure designers always have the latest inspirational tools at their fingertips.
